Below are some options for bringing yourself or your family or some friends in to check out what this climbing thing is all about. If you are interested in a membership that includes an Intro to Top Rope class, click here. Our other membership options can be found here.

FAMILY/FRIENDS CLIMBING TIME
Price: $100 for up to 6 participants (1 adult must attend) (rental gear included)

Want to bring the entire family or some friends to Wilmington Rock Gym? New to the ropes, but want the opportunity to climb higher? Aren't belay certified, yet? No problem. Time slots are offered on Saturdays so you can bring your family in and check us out. At least one adult must participate. You will receive a quick facility tour, orientation, and help with gear before you begin. You WILL NOT learn to belay during this reservation.

**Spectators may be limited during busy hours. Gym Waivers are required for ALL participants and spectators. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email. Please be sure these waivers are completed for all participants (& spectators) prior to your arrival.

DISCOVER CLIMBING
Price: $42 for 1 participant + $20 for each additional participant up to a max of 3 participants (rental gear included)

Interested in discovering what this climbing thing is all about? This is the perfect way to get started for kids too young to belay or those interested in maximizing climbing time on their first trip. You will have a staff belayer for 1 hour, and emphasis will be on maximizing climbing time. You will receive a quick facility tour, orientation, and instruction on tying in. (You will NOT learn how to belay during this reservation.) You will also receive some instruction in basic climbing movement and gear.
